CLOSING
The location and the time of the closing is determined
primarily by the Attorneys. Your agent will be in attendance at the closing.
Once the deed is recorded at the Registry of Deeds, funds are released to the
Seller and you receive the keys to the property.
FINAL WATER READING
The seller will provide a final water meter reading. Either
the seller pays the bill prior to closing or the seller pays the buyer the
balance and the buyer pays the bill in full when received.
HEATING COMPENSATION
If the property is heated by Oil, the buyer pays the seller the
current market value of the oil in the tank.
