PURCHASE AND SALE
AGREEMENT
It is important to have legal representation to develop and
negotiate on your behalf the Purchase and Sale Agreement. As your Buyer's Agent we can suggest an Attorney,
or you may have someone in mind. We will provide your Attorney with the Offer
to Purchase and any other information your Attorney requires. Once the
agreement is finalized, we will meet with the you for signatures and additional
deposit, and deliver it to the seller's
agent.
MORTGAGE
Throughout this process you should be talking to mortgage
brokers and other lending institutions to select the one you wish to contract
for your mortgage. Once your mortgage application is made, the lender will send
an Appraiser to evaluate the property you are purchasing.
The appraiser submits an opinion of value to your lender. A
loan commitment should be forthcoming.
We will be paying close attention to your commitment date.The seller must be notified prior to the date
stated in the Purchase and Sale Agreement if there is a problem, otherwise, your
deposit could be in jeopardy.
