About Muriel
My twenty-two years as a real estate professional with Coldwell Banker has resulted in many long term friendships and relationships with Buyer's and Seller's who continue to provide me a strong referral base. Throughout each transaction I provide unprecedented service to create a stress free, positive experience with outstanding results.
My knowledge and expert negotiating skills enable me to assist both Seller's and Buyer's to realize their goals. My accomplishments have been acknowledged throughout my career by Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage.
I have been a long time resident of Newton and became a licensed Massachusetts Realtor/Broker in 1977. My interests and education reflect my diverse abilities. For ten years I owned and managed Creative Capers, Inc, a corporation specializing in designing and implementing private and corporate specials events. I attended Indiana University and Pennsylvania State University earning a Bachelor of Science Degree in education. Prior to relocating to Boston I enjoyed teaching Health, Physical Education and Recreation at Freeport High School in Freeport, New York.

About Susan
I moved to Newton in 1995 so that my children could experience the rich diversity and culture of the city while getting the best public education available. After adjusting to the transition, they thanked me profusely as together we enjoyed the music and art of Boston, as well as bike riding along the Charles River.
I became passionate about the variety of architectural styles found here and thus decided to leave my career in high-end home furnishings and pursue one in Residential Real Estate sales.I quickly became obsessed with learning as much as I could and seeing every property that came to market. To this day, I face everyday with tremendous zeal and help each new client with the same initial enthusiasm. I find that my experience in Home Décor has been extremely helpful in both staging homes to sell as well as helping my buyer clients see a home's future potential.
